LVCuisine recognizes and understands the importance of protecting the privacy of individual-specific information collected about our customers and prospective customers. We are committed to honoring the privacy of both subscribers and consumers. Different parts of the Web Site are used for different types of information. Depending on the type of user you are (advertiser or consumer), you might be asked to give us various types of information. When you register as an advertiser or consumer to LVCuisine, you will be asked to provide certain information such as name and/or company name, and contact information. Advertiser information to operate the Web Site, and use the consumer information to provide you with personalized services, and communicate separately with you. Certain information is required for registration of an advertiser, and certain information is required to personalize the services available for the consumer.

LVCuisine does not sell consumer information to any list management firms. Most of the advertisers on our site are also not permitted to receive your personal information, although we may report aggregate data to them, such as the total number of types of services requested by service type, etc.

When you register as a consumer to customize our web site, information is given to you by us. LVCuisine lists the contact information of the restaurants or services that you are interested in. We do not supply your information to the advertisers.

LVCuisine uses advertiser information from the registration form to send your tailored profile to potential advertisers. Your contact information is not available for advertisers to contact you directly.

LVCuisine uses advertiser billing information (like credit card numbers) for billing purposes.

IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're surfing the Internet.
Web servers - the main computers that "serve up" Web pages - automatically identify your computer by its IP address.

LVCuisine and/or its affiliates collect IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to report aggregated information to our advertisers, and to audit the use of our site. When Customers request pages from LVCuisine and/or its affiliates' sites, our servers log the Customers' IP addresses. We do not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a Customer's session will be logged, but the Customer remains anonymous to us. We can and will use IP addresses to identify a Customer when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with our house rules or terms of service or to protect our service, site, customers or others.

Use of Cookies
